Return policy

If you received a product and are not satisfied, it doesn't fit, or you regret the purchase, you can request a return for a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days. For this, the order must be in its original packaging, showing no signs of use. To request an exchange, simply send an email to celsomathiasarte@gmail.com stating the purchase and attach images of the product showing that it has not been used.

To verify the error, we request that you send photos of the received product. The customer simply needs to choose one or more designs in the same format and technique. If all designs have already been sold, we will provide new designs for selection and exchange.

Image and reproduction rights

Copyright Policy: *When you purchase one or more original paintings or drawings, that is, the artwork as it comes from the easel or drawing board, you will own the artwork with all its textures and depths. However, the artist will retain all copyright and reproduction rights to the images - these are not transferred with the sale of original paintings.
